Let’s start from the beginning
1) As a new customer your initial call to us will be met with knowledgeable project Coordinators who ask you all the right questions and guide you through the process of entering you and your company into our system, they will get the details on exactly what your needs are and if necessary will reach out to our field supervisors and or technicians with any questions to make sure we get you the best possible service.
As an existing customer, it is as easy as calling in or emailing us with details of where your job is and what services you need. A Project Coordinator will forward the details about your job to our scheduling team, and someone will reach out to you with available dates. Of course, if you are under time restraints we will do everything we can to get your job scheduled as soon as we can up to and including moving other jobs around. There is also the option of bringing a technician in from another area or we can accommodate you by working over the weekend if that is necessary or required by you or your customer.
2) Once your job is on the schedule the technician can see all of the details of who the job is for, where the job is located and what services are required to complete the job.
If you request it the technician will reach out to you to let you know they are on the way.
When they arrive onsite the technician will call you and meet with you to go over the scope of work to make sure that there are stones unturned in understanding the scope of work and completing your job to your satisfaction.
If your job requires mapping via CAD computer assisted drawing the data collected to the technician the day of the job will be sent to our CAD department and a CAD file will be created. Once that file is completed the file will then be returned to the technician for review and to answer any questions that the CAD department may have. From there it is sent on the area supervisor for final approval.
3) When your job is completed by our technician you will receive our standard deliverables which include a site sketch which is a google overhead shot of your job site with the located utilities drawn right on it in their respective colors, photos of the locate. Written documentation from the technician with clear, concise and detailed information about your job which includes exactly what was located and any issues that the technician had on your site. You will also receive a KMZ file that when opened takes you via Google Earth to your site and you will be able to see exactly where the technician utilized the Ground Penetrating Radar GPR.
Zooming in on the KMZ file there will be small colored balls that you can click on to see the GPR screenshot that was taken by the technician at that specific location.
